Placement Cell
Employability is a yardstick for evaluating the quality of any professional institution. Placement cell of Progressive Education Society’s B.Ed. College was established in year 2006 with the aim of providing job opportunities to the students of this college in reputed institutions and in turn supply quality teachers of to the society.
Placement cell operates the student placement Committee of faculty and student representatives. It takes focused and Continuous efforts for the purpose of placement. Placement cell motives and prepare Students for interviews in prospective Institutions. Careful prepares students prospective preparation is imitated and systematic for this purpose.
The placement cell conducts formal campus interviews for students. Also the placement cell disseminates information about various campuses, Educational institutions through pamphlets, brochures, posters, Land social networking.
Placement committee roles and responsibilities
Gathering information about Job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements. Coordinating with School & colleges to learn about their recruitment procedures.
Identifying the needs and expectations of the School to assist them in recruiting the most suitable candidates.
They identify the required requirements and assist apprentice participants in the exchange.
Schools and institutions wishing to take part in campus placements can register their names with the college office or Placement Officer Dr. Trupti Bhalerao.
